YOUR FIRST VISIT

  • Please arrive to class on time (at least 5 minutes before the start of class) with an empty stomach and open mind. For your first visit consider coming 10 to 15 minutes before class so that we can give you an adequate introduction to the space. The door is generally open 15 minutes before class.

  • Leave your shoes at the door. All of our classes are meant for barefoot (or sometimes socks).

  • At this time, pre-registration for class is not required. If you plan to attend a class of ours with more limited participation (for example Family Yoga or Aerial Yoga) pre-registration is highly recommended.

  • Bring your own Yoga Mat if you would like. We do have mats and props at the studio for use as needed.

  • Turn off or silence your cellphone/smart watch. Please leave your cellphone/watch in the changing area.

  • Refrain from wearing Perfumes or Scented Oils as some people are allergic or sensitive to scents.
