Payment Policy

Program payment in FULL as well as a completed registration form is due to officially reserve your child’s spot in camp. Our summer camps have a minimum of 6 participants. 

Participant Cancellation Policy

Registered participants who need to cancel will receive a full refund minus a 50 CHF administrative fee when the cancellation is made more than 14 days in advance of registered camp start date. Cancellations made 14 days or less in advance of registered camp start date will not be refunded unless we can find a new participant to take your child’s place. We do not make pro-rated refunds for missed days of camp.

**Exception

In the case of a Participant cancellation due to serious injury or emergency, your registration fee may be applied as a credit to a later program or a refund may be issued. This will be managed on a case by case basis.

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS AND CANCELLATION

YOGABLOOM reserves the right to cancel any weekly session of camp due to low registration (less than 6 participants) or extraordinary circumstances. Registrants will be informed of cancellations at least one week prior to the beginning of their registered camp week. In the case that YOGABLOOM needs to cancel a week of camp, refunds will be provided in full to registered/paid participants.
