We have given our control away and the result is that we don’t feel good in our body. We know that something is not quite working, especially when eating gets out of control.
Join us to explore a new perspective on emotional eating.
We will practice gentle yoga, a bit of meditation, and in a safe group setting, we will explore our relationship with food. You will walk away with insights about your relationship along with practical tips that you can take home with you.

Meet Vanessa…
Vanessa is a native New Yorker, born in the Bronx. She has been living in Switzerland for almost twenty years and is still practicing Swiss German with her Swiss son and husband. Coming from a background of the corporate workspace, she knows what it is like to be 100% consumed by work. Now an international health coach and yoga instructor Vanessa is passionate about helping clients prioritise their health. She helps them set and accomplish goals, explore new foods, increase energy, support digestion and feel better in their body.
