Cancellation Policy for the Yoga Program, Family Yoga Retreat in Salento

Early Cancellation: 90 Days or more before Program Start

In the case of cancellation 90 days or more before program start, yoga program payment minus 15% administration fee will be refunded.

Late Cancellation: Less than 90 Days before Program Start *

In the case of cancellation less than 90 days before program start, refund (yoga program payment minus 15% administration fee) will only be issued in the event that the retreat is full and your space has been booked by another family. Please be aware that, because Families tend to book their holiday activities well in advance, your late cancellation may result in our inability to resell your reservation.

*Exception

In the case of a cancellation due to serious injury, illness or emergency, a portion of your full payment can be applied as a credit to a later program. This will be managed on a case by case basis.

Covid-19 Related Cancellations

In case the Retreat will be cancelled or you will not be able to travel because of federal restrictions or lockdown, we will refund your full yoga program payment.

Please note that Yoga in Salento has an additional cancellation policy related to the Accommodations Reservation. It should be on your YIS documentation - if it is not and you would like to review it please contact Yoga in Salento (info@yogainsalento.com).

Insurance Coverage

It is your responsibility to organize suitable travel and health insurance. We encourage you to review your existing insurances in consideration of ‘usual risks’ such as unexpected cancellation, sickness, losses, etc. and when needed seek supplemental insurances.
