Yoga postural practices tend to concentrate on the physical framework of yoga, often giving little attention to integration of subtle energetics, bandhas, pranayama, visualization and contemplative techniques. Stepping back to consider the whole of yoga and what most motivates us to practice and teach, we’ll consider the role of the teacher and how to deepen our connections with students, tapping into ancient to modern philosophies of yoga, being and consciousness to further develop our teaching palettes. In doing so, we will weave the threads of ‘Sequencing Transformative All-Levels Classes’ to fashion beautiful fabrics of transformative teaching that makes classes more meaningful and inspirational.
