This special one-hour workshop for pre-teens and early teens (ages 10 - 15*) will help your child learn and practice aerial (elevated!) yoga poses. We will use a soft and flexible hammock to lighten up, breathe and explore all the magnificent things the body can do. Practicing Aerial Yoga will enhance your child’s strength, confidence, flexibility, balance, coordination and more. We will find ease as we explore lifted yoga poses and playful transitions as well as a few beginner anti-gravity ‘tricks.'
No prior experience is necessary.
