Skillful, sensitive, appropriate touch and verbal cues have the potential to transport your students into more conscious awareness and self-refinement in their yoga practice. In this workshop we will learn and and experience effective hands-on adjustments that both address common misalignments and encourage inner guidance in a variety of poses. In practice we will link verbal cues with tactile cues while deepening confidence in the practice of helping students find joy and ease amidst the challenges of Yoga.
