This workshop is a dedicated exploration of finding ease in your arm balance practice. Through a dynamic blend of flowing vinyasa, theoretical insights and targeted drills, you will learn to embody the principle of skill over strength. Alex will share techniques for building subtle body awareness and heightened proprioception, making the entry into any arm balance feel like a simple lean off the ground.
Through the practice of principles such as calibration, rocking and the proper use of alignment, you will understand how to make your body work with you and not against you on the path to balance.
A dedicated segment will unravel the intricacies of shoulder anatomy. The workshop incorporates an integrated yoga flow and collaborative partner work, fostering a holistic comprehension of the delicate act of balancing on the arms.
