Embark on a unique workshop with Alex, centered around the practice and understanding of yoga transitions. This workshop is about connecting the dots in your practice, unlocking the gateway to a deeper state of flow and moving meditation.
Discover a new universe within familiar poses as we explore topics such as: incorporating handstands in the yoga practice, graceful standing transitions, floating on the mat, jump throughs and back, and smooth arm balance transitions. Witness how these transitions open the door to a heightened sense of presence in your practice.
In this transformative session, Alex will guide you through a journey of understanding the common central piece of activation and awareness present in transitions. Into the intricacies of precise core engagement, upper body isolation, and hip/spinal flexion, all grounded in basic biomechanics understanding. Learning to work with, not against, your body.
Yoga is not just about poses; it's a beautiful exploration of movement between them. Alex invites you to embrace this opportunity, recognizing that the journey between postures is as significant as the poses themselves. This workshop goes beyond physical prowess, cultivating mental qualities like resilience, focus, and presence. Open to practitioners of all levels.
